Traveller can visit it after February before November. June to August is the Monsoon season when one have to face with extremely heavy rainfall. So it is better to avoid going to Muktinath during rainy season as the roads are mountainous and rocky and one can face unexpected difficulties there. Apart from rainy season, it is also better to avoid going to Muktinath during winter season. Especially during December and January. During that time, temperature falls to minus degree Celsius. The environment is extremely frozen covered with snow all around.
If visited during the spring time which starts from March and till May, you can absolutely enjoy the amazing scenery around. One wouldn’t have to worry about any of the climatic hazards.
